A new system is using cameras and GPS technology to help catch graffiti artists.?Graffiti Tracker, properly called Graffiti Analysis/Intelligence Tracking System (GAITS), was created by crime analyst and graduate student Timothy Kephart, uses GPS cameras to record the location and art.
