The first game to support Microsoft\'s \"Games for Windows - Live\" thrust has hit store shelves in the form of Shadowrun, a multiplayer first-person shooter developed by FASA Studio that combines magic and modern weaponry with strategy and real-time action. Shadowrun is available for both Xbox 360 and Windows Vista, and enables cross-platform multiplayer gaming with folks who have Gold accounts on either Xbox Live or Games for Windows - Live. We doubt the game will settle any debates on which is the better gaming platform (console versus PC), but at least no adherents of both camps will be able to shoot it out amongst themselves.
